I am working with a region (in a rural area) who is tackling telehealth expansion as a region-wide, collaborative effort. Each individual provider entity quickly launched telehealth services over the past two months (several seeking expert help in workflow design, technology optimization, and numerous other aspects of a solid implementation. The organizations are now are coordinating across the region and across entities to expand access to care and truly tele-innovate, moving beyond video visits into remote care management. They recognize that care at a distance has many benefits for the region they serve.
